Patience is key. Worked out shoulders today and did some cardio. Got a bit lazy because of all the Mother’s Day weekend celebration, but there should never be any excuses to not hit up the gym. On another note, after going to the locker room to use the urinal, I encountered an old Vietnamese man and his penis. I suddenly turned around to get a paper towel, and BAM. I just walked away… Troi oi.

A son surprises his mom with a house for Mother’s Day. This is simply amazing. I know I will never be able to repay my mom for the life that she has given me, but I sure will work hard to make sure she can rest and not have to worry about me and our family anymore through all that she has done. Very inspirational.
