Gym: Day 21
It helps if you have a workout buddy to help motivate you if you are feeling unenthusiastic to put work in. On another note, I was so happy to see two guys holding hands at the gym. It was just too cute.
Gym: Day 19
Found that if I go to the gym and just concentrate on working out and my goals, then all my thoughts and stress tend to go away. Worked on back, cardio, and abs today and felt really great afterwards. Just have to keep it up.
It’s scary, but i’ll be moving to San Francisco close to the end of this summer. It’s not my first time leaving my home town. I mean, come on. I stayed in Korea, but this will surely be a hell of a lot different. I’ll be living on my own, getting a new car, and simply transitioning from high school to that college life. Don’t get me wrong, i’m super stoked!...
Anonymous asked: What school do you plan on going to now?
knivesandanchors: Guess who’s horny…
Gym: Day 18
If you decide to not show up to the gym, you’ll face the consequence when you do. Nonetheless, work hard, play hard. Good workout. Time to chill and watch the boys play ball.
Gym: Day 15
Tip: Find a source of motivation and hold on to it. Things don’t come easy. The work and time you put into your workouts is what you’ll see as a result.
It irritates me when someone hits me up and suddenly stops responding to my text message. Like seriously? You deserve to be slapped with a used diaper. -_-
Gym: Day 13
Patience is key. Worked out shoulders today and did some cardio. Got a bit lazy because of all the Mother’s Day weekend celebration, but there should never be any excuses to not hit up the gym. On another note, after going to the locker room to use the urinal, I encountered an old Vietnamese man and his penis. I suddenly turned around to get a paper towel, and BAM. I just walked away… Troi oi.
These nights are getting warmer than usual. It’s so hard to fall asleep… Guess ill turn the fan on. : /
Gym: Day 9
Need to remind myself that patience will bring one great rewards. This won’t happen over night, nor over a span of a few days. It takes hard work and dedication to get to the final destination. However, I’m glad to have a sense of satisfaction after every work out. Time to progress and start watching what my body takes in.
